Yashhtej Industries (India) Limited was established in 2018 and mainly works in the manufacturing and processing of soybean crude oil using the solvent extraction method, along with producing Soybean De-Oiled Cake (DOC). DOC, also known as soya meal, is the by-product left after oil is extracted from soybeans and it is rich in protein and minerals. The company operates in a B2B segment, where it supplies crude soybean oil to businesses that further refine it. In addition to this, the company has also started working in solar power generation and supplies solar energy. Its main products include soybean crude oil and soybean de-oiled cake.

Yashhtej Industries (India) Limited is bringing an initial public offering (IPO) in the FMCG sector with an aggregate issue size of ₹80,79,600 Crores. The shares are offered at a price band of ₹110 to ₹110 per equity share on BSE. Currently, grey market participants and retail investors are watching the bidding trend, premium movement, and anchor book demand with keen interest.
Prospective investors can apply in the retail quota with a minimum of 1 lot comprising 1200 shares (approx. ₹1,32,000 minimum investment). High net-worth individuals (HNI/NII) can bid in the sHNI (₹2 Lakh to ₹10 Lakh) or bHNI (above ₹10 Lakh) categories for enhanced quota allocation.
Allotment reconciliation will be managed by Mas Services Limited. Eligible allottees will receive credit of equity shares into their Demat accounts by 2026-02-25, while un-allotted funds or UPI block mandates will be released on 2026-02-24.
