The company supplies its products to independent jewellers and major jewellery chains in India and abroad, including well-known names like CaratLane, Kalyan Jewellers, Reliance Retail, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, TBZ, and Senco Gold. As of December 31, 2024, it has served over 200 customers across India and exports to 13 countries such as the USA, UAE, Hong Kong, and Norway. The company operates two manufacturing facilities in Mumbai, supporting its production and design activities.

Priority Jewels Limited is bringing an initial public offering (IPO) in the Consumer Discretionary sector with an aggregate issue size of ₹45,75,000 Crores. The shares are offered at a price band of ₹190 to ₹200 per equity share on NSE and BSE. Currently, traders and retail applicants are calculating expected listing gains and break-even points based on unofficial grey market quotations.
Prospective investors can apply in the retail quota with a minimum of 1 lot comprising 75 shares (approx. ₹15,000 minimum investment). High net-worth individuals (HNI/NII) can bid in the sHNI (₹2 Lakh to ₹10 Lakh) or bHNI (above ₹10 Lakh) categories for enhanced quota allocation.
