Incorporated in 2006, Horizon Reclaim (India) Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing of reclaimed rubber, which is produced by recycling used rubber materials such as old tyres, rubber tubes, tread peelings, and industrial scrap. The company offers a diversified product portfolio including natural rubber reclaim used in footwear soles, floor mats, tyre base layers, and moulded rubber products; synthetic rubber reclaim such as EPDM and butyl rubber used in automotive seals, hoses, gaskets, and construction profiles; and crumb rubber used in road construction, sports surfaces, and roofing sheets, available in various grades based on customer requirements. The company primarily operates on a B2B model, supplying to small and medium enterprises and industrial customers, mainly in the northwestern region of India.

Horizon Reclaim (India) Limited is bringing an initial public offering (IPO) in the Materials sector with an aggregate issue size of ₹52,69,200 Crores. The shares are offered at a price band of ₹98 to ₹103 per equity share on BSE. Currently, grey market participants and retail investors are watching the bidding trend, premium movement, and anchor book demand with keen interest.
