Farm Peace is an integrated contract farming company focused on cultivating processed-grade potato varieties such as Santana, Frysona, Innovators, Lady Rosetta, and Chipsona, which are supplied to food processing companies for products like French fries, chips, and other value-added foods. Operating under the “Farm Peace” brand, the company works closely with farmers in Gujarat through a 100% buy-back model, providing certified seeds, agronomic support, fertilizers, pesticides, and modern farming techniques while assuring farmers of pre-agreed purchase prices. The company supports farmers throughout the cultivation cycle, from seed selection and soil preparation to irrigation, pest management, harvesting, and post-harvest handling. Its cold storage and temperature-controlled logistics infrastructure helps maintain product quality during transportation to processors. As of March 2025, Farm Peace cultivated around 5,100 acres, produced approximately 55,000 metric tonnes of potatoes annually, and reported revenue of ₹7,924.22 lakhs with a net profit of ₹666.17 lakhs.

Farm Peace Limited is bringing an initial public offering (IPO) in the Agriculture sector with an aggregate issue size of ₹54,24,000 Crores. The shares are offered at a price band of ₹59 to ₹59 per equity share on BSE.
