The company manufactures products under licensed arrangements for various labels and sells them across major e-commerce platforms like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and Nykaa Fashion, along with its own website. It also supplies products to quick commerce platforms on a sell-or-return basis, where revenue is realized based on actual sales. As of February 28, 2026, the company had a total of 35 employees, including directors.

Dudani Retail Limited is bringing an initial public offering (IPO) in the Consumer Discretionary sector with an aggregate issue size of ₹36,36,000 Crores.
