The company currently has a strong retail network of 113 outlets across 70 cities and follows a multi-channel strategy using FOFO, COCO, and FICO models to support expansion and better operations, and as of February 28, 2025, it had 340 full-time employees.

Kiaasa Retail Limited is bringing an initial public offering (IPO) in the Consumer Discretionary (Retail and Fashion) sector with an aggregate issue size of ₹54,90,000 Crores. The shares are offered at a price band of ₹121 to ₹127 per equity share on BSE. Currently, grey market participants and retail investors are watching the bidding trend, premium movement, and anchor book demand with keen interest.
Prospective investors can apply in the retail quota with a minimum of 1 lot comprising 1000 shares (approx. ₹1,27,000 minimum investment). High net-worth individuals (HNI/NII) can bid in the sHNI (₹2 Lakh to ₹10 Lakh) or bHNI (above ₹10 Lakh) categories for enhanced quota allocation.
