Vivekanand Cotspin Limited, originally formed as Vivekanand Cotspin LLP in July 2015, was converted into a private limited company in August 2024 and later became a public limited company in December 2024. The Company is engaged in cotton ginning, spinning and trading, with key products including cotton bales, cotton seeds and cotton yarn. Its operations involve processing raw cotton into clean fibres and spinning them into carded and combed cotton yarn for domestic and international markets. The Company operates spinning mills equipped with efficient machinery and quality-control systems to maintain consistent product quality. Its manufacturing facility is located at Rangpurda, Kadi, Mahesana District, Gujarat, close to major cotton-growing regions of Maharashtra and Saurashtra, providing convenient access to raw cotton. Vivekanand Cotspin has an annual production capacity of approximately 4,550 tonnes of cotton yarn and 8,000 tonnes of cotton bales and focuses on supplying quality cotton products to customers in India and overseas.
