Through a Business Transfer Agreement dated January 19, 2022, Cosmic CRF acquired the CRF unit of Cosmic Ferro Alloys Limited in West Bengal, spanning 3.82 acres. The unit produces cold-rolled stainless sections for railways, infrastructure, EPC projects, and highways. As of March 31, 2023, the company’s order book stood at ₹53,640.82 lakhs.
