Its services include consulting and advisory, exclusive sales arrangements, loan syndication and real estate development through group entities operating in Tier-II cities. The Company mainly focuses on new and under-construction residential and commercial properties and connects developers with potential buyers through a network of more than 200 brokers, along with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook and Google. Black Opal has also entered the real estate development business through Aurika Developers LLP, with its first project, “Veda”, being a commercial and hospitality development in Darshan Nagar, Ayodhya.
