The company operates four modern manufacturing facilities located in Thane, Pune (Shirwal), Nashik, and Pithampur, and has a wide product range with over 3,500 items and more than 10,000 fitting variants. It follows a B2B business model, serving both domestic and international markets through direct sales to OEMs and industrial clients, as well as through authorized distributors. As of March 31, 2025, the company had 425 permanent employees along with around 260 contract workers.

Hy-Tech Engineers Limited is bringing an initial public offering (IPO) in the Industrials sector with an aggregate issue size of ₹2,56,10,204 Crores. The shares are offered at a price band of ₹50 to ₹53 per equity share on NSE and BSE.
