Incorporated in April 1994, Acme Universal Safezone 9 Ltd. manufactures industrial safety footwear under the “ACME” brand and operates in the personal protective equipment (PPE) segment. As of March 31, 2026, the company runs five manufacturing facilities across Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh and distributes its products through institutional sales, dealers, distributors, and online channels with a wide presence across more than 40 cities in India. Its footwear is designed for various industrial hazards using materials like EVA rubber, nitrile rubber, and PVC, meeting standards such as IS 15298, EN ISO 20345, and ASTM F2413. The company also exports to multiple international markets including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the Netherlands, and as of September 30, 2025, it has a workforce of 1,125 employees across different functions.

Acme Universal Safezone 9 Limited is bringing an initial public offering (IPO) in the Consumer Discretionary sector with an aggregate issue size of ₹50,60,800 Crores. The shares are offered at a price band of ₹65 to ₹71 per equity share on BSE. Currently, traders and retail applicants are calculating expected listing gains and break-even points based on unofficial grey market quotations.
Prospective investors can apply in the retail quota with a minimum of 1 lot comprising 1600 shares (approx. ₹1,13,600 minimum investment). High net-worth individuals (HNI/NII) can bid in the sHNI (₹2 Lakh to ₹10 Lakh) or bHNI (above ₹10 Lakh) categories for enhanced quota allocation.
